Role Overview:
- Lead a high-impact engineering organization delivering secure, reliable, and scalable dedicated cloud infrastructure for enterprise and public sector customers.
- Define the strategy and roadmap for a premium single-tenant SaaS platform with demanding security, compliance, and availability requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee distributed engineering teams responsible for platform orchestration, integrations, resilience, control plane APIs, and enterprise migrations.
- Drive business growth and customer outcomes by improving platform reliability, accelerating onboarding, optimizing costs, and expanding self-service administration.
- Advance public sector infrastructure including AWS GovCloud, FedRAMP compliance, audit readiness, and geographic replication.
Leadership & Culture:
- Build and develop engineering leadership across distributed locations, fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
- Champion AI-enabled engineering workflows to improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and accelerate delivery.
