About the Role:
- Drive company-wide reliability strategy and standards across LinkedIn Engineering.
- Lead service criticality models and influence architecture for high availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with engineering teams to improve system design and reduce incident risk.
- Establish SLOs, SLIs, and reliability standards for critical and AI-enabled systems.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in software/infrastructure engineering, 5+ in technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, fault tolerance, and observability.
