Provide ongoing clinical and psychosocial assessments, building rapport and trust with patients.
Develop individualized care plans and wellness goals based on evidence-based standards and patient needs.
Monitor abnormal results, triage urgent concerns, and document all interactions to escalate appropriately.

Who You Are:

A registered nurse with a BSN and active compact RN license, based in the continental US.
Experienced in maternal-child health with at least 4 years of practice, including 3 years in obstetrics.
Flexible, agile, and comfortable providing care remotely via video, phone, and chat.
