Escalate complex medical concerns to providers and coordinate timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols, including HIPAA.

Requirements:

Hold an active US nursing license (RN or LPN/LVN).
Bring patient care, telehealth, or clinical support experience.
Communicate clearly, prioritize inquiries, and work independently in a remote environment.
