Engineering Manager, Clearing Brazil

We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high-performance team, focused on people development, technical quality, and operational excellence. This person will play a crucial role in scaling both people and systems in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. What you'll do: Hire, mentor, and grow engineers through regular 1:1s and continuous feedback, with a strong focus on high performance. Keep the team engaged, motivated, and consistently challenged to exceed expectations. Delegate responsibilities effectively to ensure ownership and accountability. Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical challenges. Analyze user needs and design technical solutions accordingly. Foster a healthy, inclusive team culture aligned with company values. Ensure adherence to development best practices: code quality, PR reviews, test coverage, performance, resilience, and security. Manage the on-call team, ensuring high-quality incident handling and excellent customer experience. Work directly with international teams and clients when needed. Monitor team services and newly released features in production, always aiming to meet or exceed SLOs/SLAs.
