Head of Impact

Build the evidence and trust architecture:

• You will develop and own ALG's impact methodology, including data collection, verification, sampling, and attribution.
• You will define standards for what ALG can claim internally and externally, moving beyond short-term placement to income lift and economic mobility.
• You will strengthen internal alignment around impact definitions and metrics across teams.

Lead rigorous evaluation and external validation:

• You will design and lead a research agenda including RCTs, quasi-experimental studies, and longitudinal research.
• You will build partnerships with credible external validators to strengthen donor and public confidence.
• You will ensure validation efforts directly connect to organizational learning, fundraising, and program improvement.

Build impact intelligence systems and data quality:

• You will partner with Data, Product, and Engineering teams to embed impact measurement across the learner journey.
• You will strengthen data pipelines and verification systems to make impact data audit-ready.
• You will ensure dashboards are reliable, donor-friendly, and useful for decision-making.
