Program Success Lead

Portfolio Ownership & Strategic Influence:

• Own all aspects of human-guided support and delivery for the full student journey for multiple new initiatives end-to-end.
• Proactively identify capability gaps within programs and student journeys, design and iterate to operationalize infrastructure.
• Translate portfolio-level insights into strategic recommendations for Program Leadership and cross-functional roadmapping.

Team Management & Operational Excellence:

• Build and sustain a high-performing team by investing in individual development and creating clear accountability structures.
• Demonstrate a founder's instinct for operational design, knowing when to build a scrappy MVP vs. operationalize properly.
• Leverage AI tools as a force multiplier, embedding AI fluency as a default operating practice.

Partnership Nurturing:

• Recruit, negotiate, and manage relationships with external partners, creating mutual value that holds up over time.
• Serve as a connective force internally, building trust across teams and aligning stakeholders around shared goals and accountability.
