Role Overview:
- You will serve as strategic and operational partner to an Asset Entrepreneur.
- Act as COO of a single-asset biotech team.
- Gain full exposure across clinical, translational, regulatory, CMC, BD, and boardroom.
What You'll Do:
- Distill complex inputs into clear insights for the C-suite.
- Own program execution end-to-end, removing blockers and coordinating dependencies.
- Leverage AI and digital tools to organize complexity and sharpen decision-making.
We're Looking For:
- Background in biotech/pharma program management, asset strategy, or consulting.
- Fluent with AI and digital tools as multipliers of judgment.
- Strong synthesizer who turns complexity into data-driven strategic options.
