Corporate Counsel

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the launch and ongoing operation of new investment products, including hedge funds and separately managed accounts. You will also be actively involved in the negotiation of side letters, interpretation and tracking of contractual obligations, and broader legal initiatives across the firm. This is a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a growing and innovative organization. This position is open to remote work in the US with the option to work hybrid or onsite at our offices in Berkeley or New York. Responsibilities include side letter negotiation, fund and separately managed account launches, fund documentation, and outside counsel management. The role also involves regulatory filings and compliance coordination, governance and board support, and cross-functional legal support.
