Senior Technical Claims Specialist

The Senior Technical Claims Specialist investigates complex and highly complex Commercial Casualty Employers Liability claims. Responsibilities include investigating and determining coverage, drafting coverage position letters, determining liability, evaluating and setting reserves, directing all aspects of litigation, evaluating the claim for settlement, and negotiating a settlement. You will be required to go into the office twice a month if you reside within 50 miles of one of the specified offices. You will effectively communicate coverage positions and manage outside counsel. Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 7 years claims adjusting experience is required.
