Corporate Paralegal - Transactional

Deal Execution Support:

• Manage transaction checklists from LOI through closing.
• Track deliverables across internal teams, clients, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain and update signature page trackers.

Closing Management:

• Prepare and organize closing binders (electronic and/or hard copy).
• Coordinate closing logistics and document flow.
• Confirm receipt of all required closing deliverables.

Document Processing & Organization:

• Knowledgeable in formatting, proofreading, and processing transaction documents.
• Adept at running redlines and managing draft comparisons.
• Capable of maintaining structured electronic file systems for each matter.

Internal Coordination:

• Reference transaction checklists to proactively flag missing deliverables.
• Keep attorneys updated on signature status and outstanding items.
• Track timelines and key milestones.
