In this essential position, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and timely creation of subscription orders and invoices, always keeping customer needs at the forefront. You'll dive deep into subscription order reviews and collaborate closely with various Sales and Finance teams across Veeva, contributing to impeccable data quality, exceeding expectations, and driving key process improvements. You'll be crucial to maintaining the accuracy of our global revenue by validating data, reviewing and approving quotes, and expertly managing subscription orders and billing in line with ASC 606 revenue policies. Take ownership of data quality by reconciling information for completeness and accuracy and proactively investigating and resolving any billing or revenue anomalies. Play a key role in a highly collaborative environment, partnering with internal stakeholders to drive efficiency and contribute to our team's collective success.
