Job Description
Provide direct support to the Director, Compliance, helping identify and mitigate compliance risks without compromising business objectives. You'll be responsible for regulatory reporting, data management, compliance monitoring and assurance, AR oversight, consumer duty and MI, regulatory and policy development, cross-functional collaboration, and governance structure assessments.
Identify and report on data sources for regulatory submissions, lead the development of the Compliance Monitoring Programme, operationalize the AR framework, lead regulatory input for the MI dashboard, develop the horizon scanning process, and review financial services marketing materials. Assess the firm's governance structure against regulatory requirements and make recommendations for improvement.
