Senior Product Operations Manager

Auth0 is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to support the Chief of Staff and Head of Operations of Auth0 Product. This role involves providing a wide array of operational, logistical, and project-related support to the Auth0 Product Leadership team. Key responsibilities include driving analytical rigor by leveraging customer feedback, usage data, and performance metrics and leading cross-functional projects. The candidate will also develop and maintain onboarding and continuous learning programs for the Product organization. Fostering operational excellence and optimizing product ops programs are also key aspects of the role. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a related function. Exceptional project management, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
