The Specialist, L&D supports the People Team in designing and implementing high-impact learning programs. Under the leadership of an L&D Manager, the Specialist, L&D will partner with leaders, key stakeholders, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in business units to support the design, development, implementation and management of learning programs that drive employee performance. The Specialist will leverage experience in adult learning principles to create and manage a wide range of learning interventions and support tools including elearning courses, videos, v/ILT training sessions, job aids, and intranet pages.
With manager coaching and guidance, manage learning programs from design to evaluation and implementation. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and team members to develop and implement learning interventions utilizing a variety of modalities designed to improve employee performance. Support the design and application of best-fit learning modalities (elearning, videos, job aids, v/ILT, intranet pages, etc) under managerial coaching. Serve as facilitator - with manager coaching as needed - for ILV/vILT training sessions, workshops, and other L&D-led events.
