Senior Manager Operational Performance

As a Senior Manager in the Operational Performance team, you’ll join an experienced and highly ambitious team within Operations. The team is leading improvements, innovation and automation for Operations and you will be leading initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and process efficiency across the business. In this role, you will balance creative problem solving with best operational practice to ensure scalable and high-impact solutions and successful project completion within a fast-growing scale-up.

You will drive key improvements in operational processes, ensuring they are prioritized and effectively implemented to meet business goals and coordinate project teams and leverage data analysis to identify inefficiencies. Finally, you will align project outcomes with business objectives while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and experience.
