Operations Specialist III, Aerospace & Defense (US)

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve the hardest escalations independently using available resources with minimal to no assistance.
• Make margin and cost tradeoffs, applying knowledge of margin versus total cost to real-time approval decisions.
• Set the standard for the team by flagging SOP gaps, coaching less-tenured teammates, and maintaining certifications.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success as an Operations Specialist II or equivalent experience in complex, time-critical logistics escalations.
• Deep familiarity with trade, regulatory, and compliance requirements relevant to the sector.
• Sound judgment under pressure and a track record of getting ahead of problems.
