Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Data Dog dashboards and investigate alerts proactively.
- Own incident tickets from triage through resolution in ServiceNow.
- Execute MOPs and support hypercare for newly deployed sites.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on network engineering in high-availability environments.
- Deep experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Ruckus wireless (R1 preferred).
- Proficiency with Data Dog and ServiceNow.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with scripting (Python, Ansible) and automation.
- Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EVPN-VXLAN, and stateful firewall policy.
- Experience in data center or autonomous-vehicle technology environments.
