Chief Operating Officer (COO)

We're seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive leadership team; this is a pivotal role that will have end-to-end responsibility for the company’s day-to-day operational performance and execution against strategic objectives. In partnership with the CEO, this role will lead our company transformation efforts. The COO will drive alignment across departments, optimize key internal and external functions, and serve as a key driver of growth, scale, and value creation. As the operational right-hand to the CEO, you will translate high-level strategy into actionable plans and outcomes, ensuring efficient and effective execution across the organization. Lead the operational integration of acquired companies, ensuring seamless transitions and value realization; enhance customer support operations, driving efficiency and responsiveness to deliver exceptional service. Lead the company's internal IT functions, ensuring robust and secure technology systems to support business operations.
