The Team Lead is responsible for managing daily operations of the Service Desk of their functional group, managing individual contributors, representing the team within the department, and helping to ensure that the team is constantly developing and improving. This position will report to the Manager of the Service Delivery Team.
This role oversees the financial operations and technical systems that support WaitWhat's world-class content production. This position sits at the intersection of finance, production, and technology—driving clarity, accountability, and efficiency across teams. Responsible for managing budgets and vendors to maintaining their tech stack, it is a linchpin in WaitWhat's operational success. Thriving in solving systems challenges would be beneficial.
