Role Responsibilities:

  • Own daily execution of Service Operations, managing bookkeeping and tax preparation as a unified system.
  • Lead a team of managers, ensuring performance standards and tight operating cadences are maintained.
  • Conduct production reviews to monitor throughput, SLA adherence, and quality, responding to issues promptly.

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years managing high-volume, process-driven operations in financial services or fintech.
  • Strong operations mindset focused on throughput, utilization, cycle time, and quality metrics.
  • Proven leadership in multi-workflow environments with experience managing other managers.
