The Trust & Safety (T&S) Lead plays an important role in protecting our customers, employees, and the community from abuse of Flock’s solutions, and help to create a safe platform experience so that all of our users around the world are empowered to enjoy their experience on our platform, every day. This role is on the Information Security and Risk team which works cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, Policy, and Legal teams to keep users safe on our platform. This will be an individual contributor role.
In the first 30 days, the lead will conduct a comprehensive assessment to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities specific to the safe use of Flock's solutions, draft a Trust & Safety roadmap, begin implementing automated solutions for detecting and responding to threats, and more. In the first 60 days, the lead will create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling digital safety incidents and platform abuse, work with product teams to integrate safety measures into product development, and establish scalable workflows for resolving trust and safety incidents. 90 days and beyond, the lead will analyze data and report on metrics to measure the effectiveness of the program and identify areas for improvement to optimize workflows and policies.
