What you'll do:
- Lead all facets of project and program management, including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk for industrial construction projects.
- Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance, with projects including HVAC, roofing, roadway, and mechanical work.
- Support regional project reports, steward KPIs, and mentor junior-level staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or five years of experience; minimum 4 years in project management for real estate industrial construction.
- Experience with MEP/HVAC and strong safety programs is preferred, along with a valid driver's license.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
Additional Information:
- Base salary range is $75,000 to $120,000 per year.
- Role requires 40% travel to client sites in Northern US and Canada; can work remotely.
