What You’ll Do:
- Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
- Work directly with clients to prepare scope, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk identification.
- Track progress, report status and variances, and implement risk mitigation plans while coaching team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational, management, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
Additional Info:
- Remote role in the Mountain time zone with no travel required.
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role.
