About the role:
- Seeking an experienced Program Manager to support retail banking construction programs.
- Remote role requiring work during Eastern Standard Time hours.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement project management processes and methodologies across construction programs.
- Conduct risk analysis, monitor performance, and provide reporting on KPIs.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field with 3-5 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of program management, forecasting, budgeting, planning, and construction contracts.
- Proficient in MS Office and data management software with excellent communication skills.
