About the Role:
- Senior Project Manager providing consulting services for financial services client account.
- Manage retail bank ground-up and fit-out construction projects from initiation through completion.
- Remote role requiring up to 25%-30% regional travel in Eastern or Central time zones.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all areas of project management including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
- Coordinate renovation activities within occupied facilities while minimizing business disruptions.
- Work with clients to prepare scope, cost estimates, budget, schedule, quality control, and risk identification.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; combination considered.
- LEED AP, PMP, or CCM designations preferred; financial services client experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software like Kahua or MS Project.
