Overview:
- You will be the primary lead for planning and buildout execution of assigned retail projects throughout North America.
- You will directly manage general contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
Responsibilities:
- You will manage the full project life cycle, align with Real Estate and Store Design, and negotiate landlord work letters.
- You will oversee bidding, vendor relationships, and lead weekly OAC calls with stakeholders.
- You will review budgets, approve change orders, and perform site visits to ensure quality and schedule.
Qualifications:
- You have 6-8 years of project management experience in specialty or luxury retail.
- You have knowledge of labor and material costs and experience with project management software.
- You are proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
