Job Description
Take ownership of Horizon3AI’s channel sales strategy and execution. Lead and scale a high-performing team of Channel Account Managers while architecting a world-class partner program grounded in structure, accountability, and results.
Responsible for advancing and optimizing the foundation we’ve built—developing disciplined go-to-market strategies, deepening partner relationships, and aligning closely with cross-functional sales leaders and regional Account Executives to drive joint success.
Build and scale a structured, metrics-driven partner program rooted in MEDPICC principles and sales excellence. Define and standardize key processes for partner engagement, enablement, and performance management.
Identify, recruit, and deepen strategic relationships with high-value security resale partners in key regions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure partner initiatives drive pipeline and bookings.
