We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the development, coordination, and delivery of onsite training programs for our law enforcement customer base. The Training Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing Peregrine user skills, knowledge, and performance by creating engaging and effective training materials. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Your top priority is ensuring all workflows are implemented by all our customers. This requires a deep understanding of complex technical workflows and the ability to translate them into more digestible training concepts. With your passion for building relationships and representing the voice of the customer, you are in the critical position of user adoption and customer onboarding.
