As a Software Application Engineer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining, upgrading, and supporting the technical systems that power Warner Music Group’s global operations. This hybrid role combines elements of Software Engineering with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and operational support, requiring adaptability, technical breadth, and a strong customer focus. You’ll thrive if you enjoy keeping complex systems healthy, scalable, and resilient in production. Responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, upgrading application frameworks, debugging system errors, monitoring production systems, leading root cause analyses, and enhancing CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development with Java or Python and relational databases.
