Refine the business rules, automations, and communication methods across Client Operations. Cross-collaborate with Relationship Management, Financial Operations, Risk Management, Client Services, and Institutional teams to support business needs. Identify and develop operational efficiencies to scale the business and processes. Support clients through the onboarding process.
They are looking for someone with the ability and interest to work in a fast-paced fintech startup environment with customer-facing experience. Great communication skills and adaptability are a must, along with the ability to identify trends in data and make decisions based on analyses. Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, product management experience a plus.
