Partner cross-functionally, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer organizations, translating financial insights into strategies that drive growth and efficiency. Build FP&A infrastructure from the ground up by designing scalable processes, reporting packages, and KPIs that provide clarity and accountability across the business. Lead forecasting and budgeting cycles and provide guidance and support on the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes. Deliver forward-looking insights on business performance, resource allocation, and investment opportunities to help leadership make data-informed decisions. Assist in the selection and rollout of FP&A systems to streamline data accuracy and enable real-time decision-making.
