Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as regional technical expert for commercial rooftop PV systems.
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on inverters, combiner boxes, and monitoring equipment.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and mentor Field Technicians I–III.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years maintaining commercial solar PV systems.
- Advanced knowledge of string and central inverters, SCADA, and electrical systems.
- Ability to interpret one-line diagrams and lead field crews.
Work Environment:
- Primarily outdoor work on commercial rooftops in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 35+ pounds, climb ladders, and wear PPE.
- Travel 60–75% within assigned region with occasional overnight stays.
