Primary Duties:
- Commissions, troubleshoots, repairs, and analyzes SMA America's utility inverters via email, telephone, and site visits.
- Develops detailed knowledge of SMA utility inverter products and accessories.
- Maintains accurate inventory count of spare parts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in electrical, electronic, or network communications.
- Prior solar energy industry experience strongly preferred.
