Responsibilities:
- Act as the senior functional subject matter expert for NCFMS, bridging business needs and technical solutions.
- Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and traceability for financial modules and interfaces.
- Manage test planning, execution, and defect resolution across all testing phases.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst on enterprise financial systems.
- At least 5 years of hands-on Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financials experience in areas like GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets.
- Strong knowledge of federal financial regulations including USSGL, Treasury Financial Manual, and OMB circulars.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Treasury G-Invoicing, GTAS, and DATA Act reporting.
- Familiarity with tools like Tungsten MarkView, Oracle Analytics Server, and Citibank Purchase Card interface.
- Prior federal financial statement audit support and team leadership experience.
