Controller

The Controller will lead month-end close, ensuring timely consolidation of the Company and its subsidiaries and review and finalize all journal entries and account reconciliations. They will ensure proper SaaS and professional services revenue recognition, prepare accurate financial statements, and deliver internal and external reporting, including key SaaS metrics to executives and investors. Overseeing day-to-day financial operations, the Controller will continuously improve finance processes, manage cap table, and lead SR&ED claims. They will also conduct monthly budget vs. actual variance analyses, evaluate business decisions for financial impact, and prepare complex journal entries. The Controller will manage Canadian and U.S. tax compliance, lead annual financial review, and drive non-dilutive funding applications. They also provide financial leadership on cross-functional initiatives.
