We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Partnerships to lead the development, expansion, and execution of Athennian’s global partner ecosystem. This role blends operational excellence with client-facing relationship management. You’ll work across teams and directly with external partners to unlock and scale opportunities--particularly with enterprise legal technology providers and other strategic organizations.
Play a critical role in Athennian’s growth by articulating our value proposition to the market and connecting prospective customers to our solutions. Responsibilities include running executive discovery meetings, uncovering pain points, full-cycle sales process ownership, MEDDICC discovery, and accurate forecasting. Meet and exceed goals related to new bookings and growth targets, while collaborating and sharing best practices.
You will play a critical role in optimizing how our product organization executes, communicates, and measures success. You will drive cross-functional alignment, streamline product-related processes, and ensure our teams are equipped with the tools and insights needed to make informed decisions. By acting as a strategic connector between Product, Engineering, GTM, and Customer teams, you will help scale our product development operations.
