Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end field marketing projects and events: timelines, budgets, vendor sourcing and negotiation, contracts, logistics, execution, and post-event analysis
- Manage partners and suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Collaborate with Design, Sales, Revenue, and PR/Comms teams to maximize visibility and lead generation
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in MarTech/SaaS environments
- Experience managing international teams, with proficiency in English; other European languages a plus
- Strong track record in SMB or Mid-Market sales cycles
