Essential Functions:
- Audit, analyze, and reconcile multiple matters and intake records.
- Identify duplicate clients, resolve deficiencies, and process refunds.
- Coordinate with third parties and flag process issues to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel and/or Sigma; Salesforce experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of large-scale data auditing experience.
- Legal, finance, or data analytics background preferred; college degree required.
Language Ability:
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
