As the Manager of Salesforce Administration, you will lead a Salesforce team and take ownership of all requests for the organization, including change management and governance. Your ability to communicate, prioritize, and manage all aspects of Salesforce projects will be fundamental to your success in this role. You will define and communicate a clear vision and strategic roadmap for our Salesforce platform, aligning it with overall business objectives.
You will triage incoming support tickets, administrative requests, and assigning tasks based on individual strengths and development goals. You will lead and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and developers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. You will partner with stakeholders to understand their challenges and collaborate with the Project Manager and Architect to refine requirements for the development backlog.
