Job Description
This role is responsible for supporting the Transformation Office (TO) team of Initiative Owners and Workstreams, Initiative delivery, and reporting. Support problem solving with initiative Owners and Workstream Lead. Identify initiative roadblocks or delays and communicate to TO team. Ensure adherence to TO guidelines and processes; modify and reconcile reports when underlying data structures change; support documentation creation as required by Stage gates (L-gates). Partner with organizational leaders in a consultative nature to provide leadership to initiative resources in a manner that ensures timely delivery on commitments/tasks in support of broader initiative deliverables. Align and lead cross-organizational resources to ensure successful delivery of the initiative. Utilizing Wave Program Management too, Excel or PowerPoint to design and prepare presentations and reports.
