Job Description
The Senior Salesforce Developer provides support to the Business Applications teams with high attention to detail. Responsibilities include researching, analyzing, and documenting findings, as well as coaching and delegating work to other team members. The developer designs, codes, and implements solutions within the Salesforce Lightning platform, creating dynamic and scalable applications. They drive projects, assisting with gathering requirements and working with the Salesforce team and other departments to complete projects and builds. This role owns the technical aspects of the Salesforce environment, including system integrations, data migration, AppExchange products, 3rd Party applications, and custom code. The developer also works with Change Management to communicate and define the release process, identifying potential issues. Transforming business needs into technical design solution options, developing demos, and providing governance on configuration projects are also key aspects of the role.
