We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to maintain and enhance our Salesforce instances and processes, enabling our organization to scale. As part of the Enterprise Systems team, this role impacts performance and business processes through partnership with teams across Lyra Health. This role involves identifying requirements, driving technical solutions, customizing the Salesforce platform, and developing integration strategies.

Responsible for the development, configuration, administration, and support for Fulton Bank’s Salesforce implementation with heavy reliance on both FSC and nCino-managed packages. Lead the software design and development effort, code reviews, unit testing, deployment strategies, and development of technical documentation. Work closely with IT Business Services Managers to understand key business objectives.
