Job Summary:
- Responsible for day-to-day management of cardiac remote monitoring program.
- Review daily alerts and transmissions, document findings, and triage communication.
- Coordinate all device monitoring programs such as Merlin.net, CareLink, Biotronik, and Latitude.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Identify ALERTS requiring immediate attention and notify clinical staff.
- Perform remote device interrogation and follow up.
- Upload and review daily CIED reports per protocols.
Qualifications:
- IBHRE certification preferred; CRAT required prior to start.
- Strong cardiac device knowledge and rhythm interpretation.
- Experience with Abbott, Boston Scientific, Biotronik, and Medtronic transmissions.
