About the Role:
- Provide remote clinical support and care coordination for respiratory patients in the home setting.
- Focus on virtual patient engagement and monitoring adherence to therapy over a 90-day cycle.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct scheduled telephonic check-ins to assess patient status and equipment tolerance.
- Support patient and caregiver education on equipment use and therapy adherence.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
What You'll Bring:
- Current Respiratory Therapist license (RRT or CRT) and BLS certification required.
- Experience in home respiratory care, DME, or acute care preferred.
- Strong communication, patient education, and problem-solving skills.
