Senior Program Manager

PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee complex projects from initiation to completion, involving planning, coordination of resources, risk management, and effective communication with stakeholders to deliver solutions. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of project development, defining project scope, developing detailed work plans, conducting project meetings, ensuring adherence to quality standards, managing vendor tasks, and providing technical guidance. The Senior Program Manager will also monitor project budgets, hire staff, oversee quality assurance processes, coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure consistent application of standards, advise executive leadership, and maintain relationships with external stakeholders. You will also develop training programs, mentor staff, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
