Senior Stock Administrator

Role Overview:

• We're seeking an experienced Senior Stock Plan Administrator to support Discord's global equity programs.
• You'll partner with Finance, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and HR to ensure accurate and compliant equity administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administration of global equity plans, from eligibility and enrollment through exercises, settlements, and terminations.
• Process and reconcile equity transactions across platforms, payroll, and ledger, ensuring data integrity.
• Ensure SOX compliance and support quarterly stock administration activities and year-end tax reporting.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years in stock plan administration with experience at private and public companies.
• Experience with global equity plans and equity administration systems.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for helping employees understand their equity compensation.
