Global Equity Administrator & Program Owner

What You’ll Do:

• Own and manage global stock plans administration, including stock options, RSUs, PSUs, ESPP, and other long-term incentive awards.
• Apply country-specific requirements to global transactions, including tax withholding, payroll timing, settlement methods, and data privacy.
• Support public-company reporting, SOX controls, and partner with Legal, Compliance, Tax, and external advisors.

About You:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in global stock plan administration, equity compensation, or a related field; public-company experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing E*TRADE, Workday, brokers, transfer agents, and global payroll providers.
• Strong data-management, reconciliation, and communication skills.
