About the Role:
- You will build and own Ashby's total rewards function through the next phase of growth.
- You will set compensation philosophy, build infrastructure, and drive execution globally.
Responsibilities:
- Develop compensation infrastructure including bands, leveling, benchmarking, and guidance.
- Monitor market data and adapt quickly to changes.
- Own benefits strategy and administration across global programs.
Qualifications:
- Several years of progressive Total Rewards experience in high-growth organizations.
- Deep expertise in compensation, equity, and benefits.
- Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional skills.
