What You'll Do:

• Lead the design and implementation of innovative total rewards programs including compensation, benefits, equity, and recognition.
• Oversee global People Operations spanning HRIS, compliance, policies, and people data, managing a team of 4 direct reports.
• Drive the adoption of AI and automation to reimagine total rewards and people processes for speed and scalability.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of global compensation and benefits experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech or high-growth company.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS, DOL regulations, and executive compensation, bonus, equity, and variable compensation.
• Fluency with AI and automation, plus experience leading HRIS, compliance, and People Operations in a multi-site organization.
